Chef Linda is a classically trained pastry chef who has worked both domestically and internationally for the past three decades.
Self-taught in the art of sugarcraft, she is a leading cake designer that has created pieces for luxury venues including the Conrad Maldives, Hyatt Regency Yucatan, Fours Seasons Resorts, and Fairmont Resort properties. Based now on the Big Island of Hawaii she has produced cakes and pastries for Emirati royal weddings, movie stars, crown princes, and local islanders who have ordered her creations for special occasions.
With a deep-seated love of art inherited from her accomplished father she's found that her passion for all things beautiful was the perfect base for creating her own cake crafting business.
